The 74th Annual National Day of Prayer on May 1st at noon was FANTASTIC!
This event was put on by National Day of Prayer Coordinator, Strafford County and Dover Republican Committees member Phyllis Woods.
Greater Dover Republican Committee Chair Shawn Mickelonis provided crystal clear sound, even though the day was windy!
The event was well attended. Not only were the 9 area Christian Church Pastors from Parish of the Assumption, Dover Baptist Church, Tri City Covenant Church, Restoration Church, Durham Evangelical Church, New Frontier Church, St. Ignatius of Loyola and St. Mary Parishes, St George Maronite Catholic Church Dover NH, who offered many prayers and inspiration for our Nation, but Dover Baptist Church even provided a complimentary luncheon following the ceremony! Everyone was so generous sharing their time and talents!
\The Holy Spirit was certainly present!!
Several Greater Dover Republican Committee members and friends held signs so that those driving by would remember to Pray for our Nation!
